Valerie Penders, CRNP is Cardiology Nurse Practitioner by trade, but has taken her passion of helping patients to a different level at Core Clinic. She brings a wealth of knowledge in cosmetic injectable aesthetics, sexual wellness, and weight loss. 

Val strives to enhance someone's natural beauty as if they never had any treatments. She's a great listener, highly trained, and with her deep-rooted knowledge in medicine, she takes pride in improving her patients' sexual lifestyle, and is instrumental to our weight loss program, especially from a cardiology point of view.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, gardening, traveling, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles.

With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Mati brings a wealth of expertise and passion to our team. Her journey began at Cosmoica of Israel, where she delved into the world of cosmetology and honed her skills in facial treatments, nail building, eyelash lifting, and crafting ideal eyebrows. For over a year, she immersed herself in the art of enhancing natural beauty, running her own successful clinic in Israel for three years. 

Upon relocating to America, Mati discovered a new passion - microblading/powdered brows. She found joy in not just perfecting brows, but in making her clients radiate confidence. Stell Cells Philadelphia - Regenerative Medicine

The Stell Cells Philadelphia team is made up of Dr. Michael Schina, Jarrad Teller, D.C., and Jerry Penders. There focus is using stell cells to help patients regain mobility and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

Dr. Schina has been practicing interventional pain management since 2008. He is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine.

Dr. Teller has over 25 years of  functional medicine and chiropractic experience in pain management and rehabilitation and hormone replacement . He has worked with clients in the  Philadelphia areas for many years, assisting them with relief from chronic pain, weight loss, healthy lifestyles, stress, sports injuries  and accident injury-related pain throughout the Musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Dr. Teller first graduated from the University of Maryland, and soon after attended Life University to achieve his Doctorate Degree and post doctorate degrees from the academy of anti-aging and metabolic medicine. He holds post-graduate degrees in  functional medicine, physiotherapy, extremity adjustments, and rehabilitation, and is board-certified.

Jerry Penders, Patient Care Advocate and Educator, is a graduate from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.  He has educated thousands of patients and doctors about the many different modalities of treating chronic pain. As a former professional athlete, Jerry has an aptitude for living healthy and a passion for helping patients achieve a healthy lifestyle. His mission is to continue educating patients with the ultimate goal of helping them experience a vibrant life again.

Massage Therapy- Sarah Sall LMT, CYT, Sports & Deep Muscle Therapist

Sarah has been treating athletes and injured clients since 2003. She specializes in Sports Therapy and Corrective Muscle Therapy, she blends a yoga background with a number of therapeutic techniques from various modalities combining, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Strain/Counter Strain, Trigger Point Therapy.

Sarah has been the Head Massage Therapist for the USA 7’s Men’s Olympic Rugby team, traveling Internationally on the 7’s World Series, most recently attending the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2014 Pan American Games. She also was the USA Men’s National Rugby Team Head Massage Therapist from 2007- 2015, attending all camps, International and National Test matches, the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.

Sarah has attended many advanced trainings including Cupping, Gua Sha, Active Isolated Stretching, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Energy Work. Her practice at Core Clinic in Villanova compliments the other services provided on-site.

Esthetician- Claudia Zimmerman

Meet our team member, Claudia: a Skin Therapist with a diverse skill set in advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, anti-aging solutions, and glycolic peels. Her friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of skincare make them a valuable consultant, adept at identifying skin conditions and recommending effective treatments.  As an Esthetician, she provide exemplary service and stays updated on progressive medical spa techniques. Claudia specializes in innovative sinus relief techniques such as aromatherapy and facial acupressure, enhancing the spa experience for every client.

Esthetician- Nancy Ginsburg

With roots in Brazil, Nancy's journey in the beauty industry began as a skilled barber. Over time, she expanded my expertise by completing courses and transitioning into the role of a hairdresser. Further honing her craft, she ventured into esthetics, where she thrived for several years. Nancy's experience spans seven enriching years at Hand & Stone, where her passion for rejuvenating treatments, particularly peels, flourished. Witnessing the transformation of skin with each session brings her joy and reaffirms her love for this profession!
